Alessandro Ciminata takes control and makes his voice heard in new single ‘Wasted On Each Other’

With infectious hooks and smooth, rich vocals, ‘Wasted On Each Other’ is a taste of Ciminata’s forthcoming debut EP, expected early 2020.

In the new single, Ciminata’s vocals are distinct, cutting through the layers of synths with a staccato punch. The echoing vocal production and faint harmonies draw focus to the lyrics, driving the song’s deeper meanings.

Talking about the message of the song, Londoner Ciminata appeals to a generation absorbed in oblivion, expressing how “this is a great time to live in, we can find anything we want in no time. This shouldn’t be an excuse though, we should take control of our power and always seek for more, have our voice. We are a generation that’s worth listening [to].”

With glistening synths dancing across the mid-tempo beat, the single’s catchy chorus and booming bass would be welcome in any party playlist.
